Probuild Graduate and Cadetship Program
The Probuild Graduate Program has been developed to provide you with hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of the construction business.
Our Graduate Program runs for two years with a focus on developing your practical, intellectual and interpersonal skills. You will be exposed to different modules that develop your construction knowledge and experience, including:
- Site Supervision
- Design Coordination
- Contract Administration
- Site Coordination (Quality, Safety and Environmental)
- Leadership Development
- Head Office (Estimating, Programming, Cost Planning and Customer Care).
We know our Graduates are critical in shaping the future of our business. That's why you'll take part in an extensive development program including:
- Leadership training
- Mentor/supervisor relationships
- Personal development and communication training.
We also offer a year-long Cadetship Program for candidates interested in taking some time away from study. This internship opportunity is open to applicants who have completed at least three years of a relevant degree.

To be considered for the Program you will need the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, Architecture or a related degree
- A genuine passion for the building and construction industry
- The confidence to drive your own success and charge your own path
- A strong work ethic and an understanding that you will get out what you put in
- A desire to prove yourself and grow within the organisation.
