The Duties & Responsibilities of the role are as follows:-
- Facilitate individual face to face learning to our students
- Mentoring and motivating students through their qualifications
- Leading workshops and working with students individually
- Identifying individual learning needs
- Phone and email support to students
- Marking assessments
- Other trainer administrative tasks as necessary
Your Skills & Experience
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable
- You will have a relevant qualification in IT/Multimedia to at least an Advanced Diploma level
- Five years relevant industry experience related to Game Development
- You must be able to map your qualifications and experience to our HR Matrix
You will also have:
- Eligibility to become a member of relevant membership bodies
- An ability to build relationships
- A proactive and resourceful attitude
- A passion for helping others
- Permanent residency or a visa that permits full-time work valid for at least 2 years (copies will be requested)
- If you are successful in securing this position you will be required to undergo a police check
