The Duties & Responsibilities of the role are as follows:-
- Facilitate individual distance learning to our students via phone, email, Skype and FaceTime
- Mentoring and motivating our students through their qualifications
- Capable of implementing, developing and facilitating workshops and working with students individually
- Identifying individual learning needs
- Providing support via phone and email to students
- Marking assessments
- Other trainer administrative tasks as necessary
Your Skills & Experience
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable
- You will have a relevant qualification in Web Development to at least an Advanced Diploma level
- Demonstrated five years relevant industry experience
- You must be able to map your qualifications and experience to our HR Matrix
You will also have:
- Eligibility to become a member of relevant membership bodies
- Ability to build relationships over the phone
- A proactive and resourceful attitude
- Permanent residency or a visa that permits full-time work, valid for at least 2 years (copies will be requested)
- Ability to undergo a police check if successful in securing this position
