With Emily going on maturnity leave (this position is a normal long term position and NOT a mat leave position), an opportunity has come up to become TL in one of UNQ's most successful ET stores.  YTD this ET is one of the most profitable in QU, and 2 years ago powered out $67,000 PROFIT!  And with Emily's $14,000 AVERAGE COMMISSION CLIENT BASE up for grabs, the successful candidate would be taking over a large loyal client base. 

With the ET exclusive pay structure, the successful applicant could make some serious coin in this store.

You'll be responsibile for:

• Coaching and developing team members
• Motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
• Providing vision and focus for your team
• Managing all aspects of the store's business environment including
• Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team
• Implementing and adherring to daily, weekly and monthly systems
• Shop and team presentation
• Driving financial results and KPI's

You'll need to bring:

• Minimum 1 years experience in International Travel Sales
• 100% belief in and commitment to the Flight Centre Limited systems and philosophies
