FCm is the Corporate Travel Division of Liberty Travel and Flight Centre Retail. Our clients are primarily businesses who are looking for a high touch service from a consummate travel professional. 

This is a new position which is borne out of the amazing success our BDM team has achieved in the last few months. New business is streaming in and the teams now need help with the volume.

Successful applicant will have:

* Minimum 12 months travel industry experience

* Professional & service oriented mentality

Are you committed to servicing your clients?

 

You'll be responsible for:

1. Account Management

  • 1. Ensure client's retention with FCm Travel Solutions by exceeding client expectations in every interaction with the account manager.

2. Teamwork and Communication

  • To be an active contributing member at meetings with Team Leaders and BDMs to keep them abreast of client accounts and any information which is likely to impact (either positive or negatively) on FCm Travel Solutions.
  • Share information with fellow Account Managers and Team Leaders to ensure a united, consistent and professional approach to client account management

3. Office Systems and Processes

  • To contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems and processes associated with accounts
  • To ensure that all client account information is up to date so that a thorough knowledge and understanding of the account can be made by simply reading the client file
  • Apollo Reservation System experience preferred

You will need to have:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets (million dollar +)
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to turn around bookings quickly
  • Professional phone and email manner
