Business Development Managers will spearhead the growth of small business travel as a segment of the Liberty Travel client mix. Initial positions will be positioned in New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles. The Liberty Business Travel BDM will be responsible for sourcing, selecting and signing up small business accounts; additionally the BDM will be responsible for all aspects of customer relationship management with the accounts.

This is a "hands on", feet on the pavement kind of role. An individual BDM's success will be determined by and compensated based on TTV and commission generated by accounts signed up. The more businesses, the more travelers, the more profitable business.. the more you can earn. Salary package will include base compensation and incentives.
- Source small business leads through aggressive and pro-active approaches i.e. face to face meetings and/or phone sales meetings.
- Establish relationships with small business accounts for corporate, leisure and group business.
- Oversee overall customer satisfaction, monitor service levels, and make recommendations.
Education and Skills Undergraduate degree is preferred (or equivalent in education/experience)
- Min 2 yrs travel industry experience.
- Experience with cold calling and/or generating sales and leads externally.
- Excellent and proven record of superior customer service. Business references will be required.
- Must have solid computer skills including MS Office; Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Must be able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to travel to meet the demands of the assigned territory.
