About the Opportunity
Are you a Travel Consultant looking for an opportunity to lead a dynamic and experienced team? Look no further, Flight Centre Newcastle has a fantastic Team Leader position on offer that can make your dream a reality.
Within this pivotal role, you will primarily be responsible for coaching and developing team members, while also motivating and maintaining an enthusiastic team spirit. This position will see you acting as a mentor to your team, as you provide focus and direction.
In addition, you will also manage all aspects of the Flight Centre business environment including:
- Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team
- Implementing and adhering to Flight Centre Limited daily, weekly and monthly systems
- Overseeing shop and team presentation
- Driving financial results and KPI's
If you're an experienced Travel Consultant with strong leadership qualities, Flight Centre is interested in hearing from you! You will also be required to have excellent communication skills as you manage change within the business, and lead by example.
