About the Opportunity:
This is a great position for someone who likes to have their daytime free, avoiding the busy commute. The role involves working in a busy and pressurised environment where no two days are the same. You would be involved in all aspects of travel within the Flight Centre Group, from corporate to retail, working on a shift rota.
Your main duties will involve:

Working under pressure, often on an emergency basis, to provide solutions to our corporate and leisure clients travel needs

Booking all aspects of travel including flights, car hire, chauffeurs, trains & accommodation

Building relationships and exceeding customers expectations

Using Galileo and Amadeus for reservations, ticketing and reissues
-
Working on a rota basis covering weekends, evenings, nights and public holidays

Reaching KPI's
What we are looking for:

At least 2 years experience in a travel consultant role and an understanding of scheduled air contracts

CRS experience - preferably both Amadeus and Galileo

Great communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients at all levels

A quick thinker who is able to come up with immediate solutions under pressure, and deliver them accurately
