About the Opportunity
Are you highly motivated and wanting to embark on the next step in your career and make the move into leadership? If so, a great Future Team Leader (FTL) opportunity exists for you in Brisbane with Corporate Traveller Central Plaza;
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting team leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
- Supporting your team leader with the vision and focus of your team
- Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
- Assisting and supporting your team leader in all aspects of the Flight Centre business environment; including:
- Customer service and satisfaction
- Implementation and adherence to Flight Centre daily, weekly and monthly systems
- Shop and team presentation
- Achievement of financial results and KPI's
What you'll need:
- Leads by example
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage change
- Exceptional customer service
- The drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
- Sound Business Acumen
- 100% belief in and commitment to the Flight Centre systems and philosophies
- Minimum 1 years experience in International Travel Sales
- Complete ACCC training
