This is an incredible opportunity to be part of an FCBT business that has it's own Business Development Manager and is breaking new ground with small corporate clients IN ADDITION to servicing a wealth of devoted retail customers. The sky is the limit!!
You'll be responsible for:
- Coaching and developing team members
- Motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
- Providing vision and focus for your team
- Managing all aspects of the store's business environment including
- Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team
- Implementing and adherring to daily, weekly and monthly systems
- Shop and team presentation
- Driving financial results and KPI's
You'll need to bring:
- Demonstrates leadership capability
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage change
- Drive, determination and focus
- Leads by example
- Sound business acumen
- Minimum 12 months experience in International Travel Sales
- 100% belief in and commitment to the Flight Centre Limited systems and philosophies
