About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced Travel Consultant with strong retail experience looking for an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a wholesale environment?  Your new career may be right here at Infinity Holidays, Perth!

Within your role as Team Leader, you will provide support, leadership and mediation to all team members. You will be able to effectively run all aspects of the business with the support of your Future Team Leader.

What you'll be doing:

• Coaching and developing team members
• Motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
• Providing vision and focus for your team
• Assisting in increasing market share through client visits and events
• Managing all aspects of the Flight Centre Limited business environment including:
  • Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team
  • Implementing and adhering to Flight Centre Limited's daily, weekly and monthly systems
  • Shop and team presentation
  • Driving financial results and KPI's

What you'll need:

• Leadership capability
• Change management skills
• Sound business acumen
• Minimum 1 years experience in Retail Travel Sales
• Fares & Ticketing I and II desirable
• Completed ACCC training
