Ticket Centre Consultant

You will be working in our busy ticketing department issuing nett and published fare tickets.

We are looking for a team player who can work under pressure. A working knowledge within ticketing in a must and a good understanding of BSP, fare building, tickets on departure, re-issues and general fares and ticketing procedures is required. You will require a CRS preferably Galileo.

Responsibilities include:

  • Issuing a set number of PNR/tickets within specified time frame
  • Issuing accurate air travel documents whilst keeping ADM’s and write offs to a minimum
  • To keep the cost of issuing each ticket as low as possible
  • Issuing nett & iata tickets accurately
  • Reissuing nett & iata tickets as required

You will need:

  • Ability to read and understand airline contracts and fare sheets
  • Ability to work towards productivity and write off targets
  • Ability to work as part of team and help out others when needed
  • Good customer service skills to deal with internal partners and airlines
