About the Opportunity

Are you a Travel Consultant looking for an opportunity to lead a dynamic and experienced team? Or perhaps you would like to develop your skills within the travel industry? Look no further, Flight Centre has fantastic leadership opportunities within their highly popular Bathurst store.

Within these pivotal roles, you will primarily be responsible for coaching and developing team members, while also motivating and maintaining an enthusiastic team spirit. As Team Leader, you will act as a mentor to your team, as you provide focus and direction. In addition, the Future Team Leader will support the Team Leader and oversee the store in their absence.

The Team Leader, supported by the Future Team Leader will also manage all aspects of the Flight Centre business environment including:

  • Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team
  • Implementing and adhering to Flight Centre Limited daily, weekly and monthly systems
  • Overseeing shop and team presentation
  • Driving financial results and KPI's

If you're an experienced Travel Consultant with strong leadership qualities, Flight Centre is interested in hearing from you! You will also be required to have excellent communication skills as you manage change within the business, and lead by example.

These roles are ideal for a dedicated 'go getter', with drive, determination and focus while sound business acumen is a must.
