About the Opportunity
Exciting times are ahead for the Corporate Traveller brand, and we’re looking for Full Time Travel Managers to join our North Sydney & Norwest teams.
If you’re an experienced Travel Consultant looking to get away from pure retail and move into the challenging world of corporate travel management, this role is ideal. Alternatively, this opportunity is also perfect for current Corporate Travel Consultants who are looking for a career, not just another job. With a wealth of training options and access to our global career network, Corporate Traveller promises to assist in helping you reach your professional goals.
You’ll never be bored as a member of the Corporate Traveller team, as you handle the ongoing travel requirements of a diverse range of business accounts. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Providing the personal touch - understanding and anticipating client needs and travel preferences;
Responding quickly and proactively to client requests;
Developing strong relationships with the key contacts within your portfolio of clients; and
Delivering a boutique-style service to your clients.
To join us, you’ll need to be a real ‘go getter’ with a solid background in travel sales, combined with confidence in handling key accounts. Most importantly, you will have outstanding attention to detail, and understand the critical importance of providing superior customer service at all times – we want team players who go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver results.
