Salary Range of $90,000 to $117,000 Base (dependent on experience, skills and capabilities) plus 11% Superannuation + Smart Salary Packaging Benefit.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in optimising, managing, and maintaining the Human Resources Technology Platforms whilst supporting the execution of HR initiatives and projects within The George Institute.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, experience in the design and implementation of HRIS systems and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation.
