Jamie’s Italian in Brisbane is one of the city’s busiest restaurants, representing one of the world’s most famous chefs serving Jamie's rustic, traditional menu. There's also a beautiful bar where we offer smashing wine, beer and cocktails to complement our simple, fresh food.
About the Role:
We currently have amazing opportunities for Casual Bartenders to join our team. As a member of our high profile front of house team you will need previous bar/floor experience within a similar high volume restaurant environment. You will also possess a natural flair for engaging with our guests, being a representative of Jamie Oliver himself. You are well presented, have great communication skills and are currently seeking an opportunity to join a dedicated and professional bunch of people who love hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
· 1-2 years hospitality experience serving food or beverage in a popular bar or restaurant
· Exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity
· Excellent product knowledge with a willingness to keep learning
· Working as part of a team
· Being an ambassador for our brand
