About the role

In this role you will work closely with the shared services team, the executive leadership team and your internal stakeholders from the various jurisdictions to progress the implementation, monitoring and review of Key Assets – The Children’s Services Provider Australia (Key Assets) Quality Assurance Framework for operational services.

 

Key components of the position include ensuring continued service improvement and quality performance across Australia including conducting internal audits. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to produce, develop, implement and review policy statements, performance standards, procedures and practice guidelines. You will monitor and improve systems to ensure that Key Assets jurisdictions in Australia are audit ready at all times in partnership with local teams and the Australasian HR Manager.

 

To be successful you will have a strong understanding and solid skills relating to policy frameworks and the foster care sector. You must also hold an Australian or equivalent Social Work, Psychology or Human/Behavioural Science qualification (recognised by the relevant training body).

HOURS: Full Time = 37.5 hrs/wk, flexibility is required due to travel (as some positions will work and travel within the community), 'Casual' - Hours are needs based. Hours are also not consistent / regular at times.

COMMENCEMENT: Occurs when all statutory and personal checks have been satisfactorily completed. Departmental checks may take up to 28 business days to process which can cause delays in commencement.
