About The Role

Are you someone with some HR or recruitment experience, currently between roles or on extended leave?  This role predominantly involves end to end recruitment, induction of new staff and coordination of compliance and culture building activities. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own and work with the village leadership team to achieve HR related goals. The role is heavily supported by the HR team in Brisbane.

The role includes but is not limited to: 

  • Coordinating corporate P&C activity at a local level including recruitment, candidate compliance checks, onboarding and Day 1 induction.  This role will be required to run our half day induction program for new employees every Monday morning.
  • Administering training and development activity including monthly mandatory training. 
  • Administering LDK’s Annual P&C Calendar activities at a local level, including the company’s annual performance review, probation reviews, engagement/pulse surveys, annual remuneration review and others. 
  • Coordinating WHS objectives in the village including administration of worker’s compensation claims.   
  • Updating and maintaining organisational P&C systems as required - including LDK’s HRIS (Roubler), LMS (Bridge), Employee Benefits Site (Reward Gateway), Remuneration Benchmarking (AON), Incident reporting system (RICI), Sharepoint and Teams. 

About You

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience (ideally in HR or recruitment)
  • System savvy with ability to pick up new systems quickly 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation (in order to recruit blue collar and professional staff) 
  • Excellent team player
