Amberfield is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants who are keen to join to a growing care team. Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will be required to deliver personal care to village residents, including those requiring higher levels of care such as dementia and palliative care services. You will also provide care in line with residents care plans, provide domestic assistance as required and also be an advocate for and promote LDK’s model of care. 

We are seeking to fill a variety of casual, full and part time vacancies to work across our standard shifts as shown below:

  • Day Shift 6.30am to 3pm
  • Afternoon Shift 2.30pm to 11pm
  • Night Shift 10.30pm to 7am

We offer above award rates for our Personal Care Assistants

Role Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV  in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Modules equivalent to Module CHCC305C is essential
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Alignment to a values-based organisation
  • Demonstrated understanding of the needs of senior Australians
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and promote an inclusive environment
