About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven casual Receptionist to join our growing team at our brand-new Amberfield village in Weston Creek. This exciting role will report to the Resident Services Manager and provide the first point of contact for our residents and visitors. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors coming in to the village
  • Greet and assist all residents, visitors and contractors with their inquiries
  • Answer, manage and/or redirect phone calls
  • Process all incoming and outgoing emails through the reception inbox
  • Complete other associated administrative tasks relating to the role including room bookings and stock ordering

The successful candidate will need to be available 8.30am – 4.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 9.30am 2.30pm on Saturdays.  Additional availability would be appreciated.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in a busy hotel or reception environment
  • Warm, friendly personality
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
