About the role 

At LDK Seniors’ Living, we are seeking a People & Culture Administrator to perform a range of administrative duties throughout the employee lifecycle. Our ideal candidate would have one of the following backgrounds:

  • A few years of administrative experience and an interest in human resources.
  • A junior HR generalist.
  • A recent business graduate.

The People and Culture (P&C) Administrator will be trained to support a range of transactional HR services, including:

  • Recruitment – e.g. setting up interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, updating our applicant tracking system, conducting pre-employment checks and offering roles.
  • Induction – preparing for our New Employee Day 1 Induction – ordering supplies, setting up rooms, providing general support to the P&C Manager to run the session, and then running sessions yourself.
  • Compliance Administration - checking various online systems for work related checks and licenses.
  • System Administration - updating our various electronic P&C systems and pulling reports as required.
  • Support to P&C Manager – providing administrative support to achieve annual P&C objectives including performance reviews, annual mandatory training, vaccination drives, engagement surveys and cultural events.

Skills and experience

Qualifications/Certificates

  • Recent tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources would be highly regarded but is not essential.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years of administrative experience would be highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in building connections with others and presenting to groups
  • Demonstrated IT proficiency in learning corporate digital platforms or similar
  • Experience in completing work requiring attention to detail to a high standard
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time
  • Demonstrated team and interpersonal skills either personally or in business
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively
