About the Role
Food and Beverage attendants at LDK Seniors' Living provide a sense of warmth and familiarity to all residents and staff, whether it be during a morning coffee order to a private dining experience for their family and friends. We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals who will meet a high standard of exceptional service, to join our growing Café' team. - Provide quality coffee and food service to all residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with Café food preparation and service, including taking orders, processing payments, handling coffee orders.
- Familiarise yourself with the food and beverage offerings, with the confidence to answer resident and guest queries.
- Understand procedures around opening and closing of the Café.
- Ensure all end-of-day sales and till procedures are carried out.
- Ensure the dining areas are clean and well presented.
We are looking for a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant available Mondays to Saturdays, 8am to 3pm, with the interest in working up to 25 hours per week.
About You
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to provide exceptional food and beverage service.
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency to work as part of a high performing team.
- Courteous and pleasant attitude towards residents, guests and colleagues.
- Confidence to work proactively and autonomously.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- (Desirable) Food Safety Certificate
- (Desirable) Completion of accredited Barista Course
