About the Role
Public Area Cleaners will provide safe, efficient and detailed cleaning services to public areas of the village, to support the overall cleanliness, safety and wellbeing of residents and guests. In compliance with legislative requirements and LDK’s policies and procedures you'll maintain consistent and high standard services, while communicating with all staff, residents and visitors in a professional and customer focused manner.
Role Responsibilities
- Complete cleaning duties within public areas of the village to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
- Duties include but not limited to:
- Vacuuming and mopping,
- Dusting surfaces,
- Spot cleaning marks on doors, floors, walls,
- Disinfecting and stocking bathroom facilities,
- Empty bins and general removal of waste materials.
- Assisting with setting up areas for events including moving and cleaning furniture.
- Other duties as reasonably requested.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Communicating with various stakeholders
- Understanding of how to manage stock take and ordering
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
