About the Role
The Food and Beverage Supervisor (Restaurant) will provide a warm, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to our residents and other guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and always maintained in line with resident expectations. Reporting to and working alongside the Village Hospitality Manager, the F&B Supervisor will take responsibility of supporting, training and maintaining a high standard of service delivered by the food and beverage team working in the restaurant. Role Responsibilities
- Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage employees working in the restaurant.
- Manage few administration requirements for the restaurant, rosters, stock orders, trainings, food safety.
- Monitor efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with resident expectations.
- Ensure the dining areas are clean and well presented as per guidelines .
- Ensure cashier procedures are carried out in line with agreed procedures.
- Resolve resident and guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner and escalate complaints and comments if required.
- Assist in the set up and preparation and provide service duties for functions as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Courteous and pleasant attitude towards residents, guests, and colleagues.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Experience in al a carte dining and beverage knowledge.
- Barista experience (desirable)
- WSET Level 2 (desirable)
- 2 years of experience working in a similar role and/or environment
- Experience working in a team supervisory role within restaurant, café, and bar environment
- IT tech savvy: manage duty rosters, stock orders and food safety
- Accurate and efficient cash handling skills
- High standard of personal presentation
