About the Role
We're looking for a Membership Consultant to join our Sales and Marketing team to play a pivotal role in providing information, advice and sales of Retirement Living properties, products and services to residents and members. Join a passionate and dedicated team where you'll work together to increase and maintain high levels of occupancy at Australia’s most innovative and premium seniors living village. If you're confident in providing informed advice to seniors and their families, nurturing ongoing relationships, while facilitating enjoyable site tours in our beautiful village and apartments, we may just have the perfect role for you!
Role Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to support business growth and enhance service delivery and resident experience.
- Maximise member satisfaction and goodwill including confidence in quality and value for money.
- Meet planned membership targets.
- Prepare and implement sales and marketing strategies for on-site and off-site presentations, expos and seniors’ and community functions.
- Maintain an accurate records management/filing system including accurate and detailed Salesforce data.
- Respond promptly to all communications and nurture leads through consistent follow-up, maintaining a proactive approach to converting tours into sales.
- Prepare and present regular and ad hoc sales reports to relevant team members.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Understanding of the Queensland Retirement Villages Act 1999 (as amended) and real estate conveyancing procedures (highly regarded)
