About the Role
Drive the successful delivery of technology and infrastructure projects that enable LDK’s growing network of vibrant seniors living villages.
This hands-on role is responsible for planning, managing and delivering projects within agreed scope, timelines and budget, while ensuring strong business outcomes and minimising risk.Working closely with the Property Development Team, Enterprise Architecture Team and external partners including architects, construction companies and technology vendors, the Project Manager will ensure that technology solutions are effectively integrated into new building developments and align with LDK’s enterprise architecture standards.
You will coordinate technology suppliers and contractors to deliver infrastructure and systems in line with construction schedules, ensuring quality, completeness and successful delivery of all technology-related outcomes.
This role is based in Canberra, with occasional travel required across all of our villages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of technology infrastructure and business application projects in line with LDK project methodologies
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and business cases
- Coordinate internal teams, technology vendors and construction partners to deliver projects successfully
- Monitor project dependencies and ensure alignment with construction milestones
- Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues
- Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Support change management activities to ensure successful project outcomes
- Work collaboratively across teams to solve problems and drive delivery

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- 5–10 years’ experience in project management and systems implementation
- Proven track record delivering projects aligned with business cases and objectives
- Experience managing projects using recognised project management methodologies and lifecycle frameworks
- Strong experience managing vendors, managed service providers and technology suppliers
- Experience developing business cases and managing project budgets
- Solid understanding of technology environments including networking, AV, IPTV, CCTV, access control, building management systems and telecommunications
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
- Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Formal Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
