About the Role
Reporting to the Resident Services Manager, LDK Greenway Views is seeking an experienced Receptionist to deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support to residents, staff, contractors, and visitors. This role is the first point of contact, providing a warm, welcoming experience aligned with our values of Love, Decency and Kindness.
Hours of Work
This is part-time role, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 2:30pm to 10:30pm.
Role Responsibilities
- Attend to a variety of enquiries, bookings and other matters accurately and promptly.
- Manage Amberfield’s ticketing system, ensuring prompt responses to resident requests and directing enquiries to the appropriate department as needed.
- Accompany residents on scheduled outings as per the Village outing calendar, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout the experience.
- Provide administrative support and reception services to the Village.
- Maintain a high standard of functionality and cleanliness of the reception area.
- Assist the Village Manager, staff, contractors and residents with administrative tasks such as word processing, correspondence.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated experience within a customer service setting
- Previous experience using Microsoft Suite.
- High attention to detail.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
