About The Landings
LDK Seniors’ Living’s luxury village, The Landings, is sprawled over 11.87-hectares in North Turramurra, on Sydney’s upper north shore. The village neighbours the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, is near Lady Davidson Private Hospital, and is a short drive to the North Turramurra golf course, bowling club, cafes and shops. The Landings comprises 220 architecturally designed one, two and three -bedroom villas and apartments. About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused and innovative IT technician. The IT Tech Bar Support Consultant will provide technical and customer service support to our residential customers and village management team. You will be working in a Permanent, Full Time capacity, aiming to support a range of technical queries in a hands on capacity. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to openly communicate, train, educate and support elderly customers. The role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to level 2/3 when required along with creating awareness and actively promoting resident usage of LDK’s technological services.
- scheduling and conducting quality audit inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data and documentation
- identifying variations and potential high risk areas in securing adherence to standards and procedures
- recommending corrective action plans and improvements in the resolution of non-compliance with standards detected through monitoring and auditing of processes and procedures
- communicating, educating and liaising with users and management to ensure awareness and adherence to standards, procedures and quality control issues and activities
- assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing and resolving system problems and issues
- developing, conducting and providing technical guidance and training in application software and operational procedures
- analysing, evaluating and diagnosing technical problems and issues such as installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, software, hardware, printers, Internet, email, databases, operating systems and security systems
- testing, identifying and diagnosing functionality errors and faults in systems, and programming code within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure systems perform to specification
- performing organisational systems architecture reviews and assessments, and recommending current and future hardware and software strategies and directions
- creating and reviewing technical documentation such as procedural, instructional and operational guides and manuals, technical reports and specifications and maintenance inventory systems

About You
- 1-2 years proven experience in a customer service environment
- Successful experience in training, process and support functions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Technical aptitude (computer literate, able to quickly learn new applications)
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Solid understanding of VOIP Telephony, Cisco Meraki, WAN, and MATV technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, including user account and permission management
- Familiarity with Apple, Samsung, and Windows software and hardware
Your salary will be $76,515 per annum plus superannuation
