About Amberfield

About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences for our residents by delivering friendly, attentive service in a warm and welcoming environment. Working as part of our Hospitality team, you'll serve meals and beverages, support events and functions, and build meaningful connections with residents. If you're an experienced hospitality individual seeking full-time permanent work in an organisation that values Love, Decency and Kindness, we may just have the role for you?

 Full-time position with Monday to Friday availability required. 

Role responsibilities

  • Ensure that resident and guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and an exceptional service is always delivered
  • Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with resident expectations
  • Ensure the dining areas are clean and well always presented and assist with cleaning duties as required
  • Deal with resident and guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner and escalate complaints and comments as required
  • Assist in the set up and preparation and provide service duties for functions as required
  • Support kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations

Qualifications, Experience and Skills 

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Completion of accredited Barista Course (desirable)
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
