Are you enthusiastic, well organised and have experience in scanning files. Under the direction of the Co-ordinator EDMS/Records, you will be responsible for scanning, retrieving and moving files from several storage locations.

You will have experience in using a photocopier to scan files, sorting and moving files in order, manual handling principles and using Microsoft Office applications.

 

Salary

 $51,164.88 - $57,795.92 per annum (pro rata) + super

Requirements

 

  1. Experience working in a Records Management office environment.

 

  1. A current NSW driver’s licence as the role involves driving to our offsite storage facility in the Leichhardt Municipality.

 

  1. Experience in moving and sorting physical files including understanding manual handling principles

 

  1. Experience in scanning documents using a photocopier.

 

  1. Knowledge and/or experience of computerised Records Management software -  Leichhardt uses Dataworks ECM.

 

  1. Experience in using computers and applications within the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

 

  1. Ability to work and contribute to the overall team environment and assist in making the Records team efficient and effective in all its functions.
