Multicap is one of the leading providers of supported independent living (SIL) services in qld and northern nsw. With a significant number of SIL services from Mackay to Ballina and west to emerald, there is now a need for a dynamic person with an attention to detail, commercial acumen, the ability to influence and manage stakeholders, project management and Microsoft office skills to succeed in a role that has aspects of business analysis, finance and quantitative and qualitative data integration.

If you have a commercial approach and would like to perform a role where the outcome will have a direct and positive impact on the lives of people with a disability then this is the job for you. The NDIS is a maturing scheme and as such there is still a need to refine and improve the process while responding to change. The role will work across the whole business with sections of the quote being completed by varied roles within the business. Your ability to influence, project manage and be organised will ensure that your responsibilities will be achieved on time.

 Your new role you will be:

  • the subject matter expert, mentor, project manager and business analysist of matters that relate to the completion of Supported Independent Living (SIL) quotes for submission to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
  • taking a lead in the scheduling and preparation of SIL quotes: incl. content, supporting evidence and the financial calculation in line with the NDIS SIL Quoting Process.
  • taking significant liaison with support services in the compilation of the quotes and providing reporting and analysis to the General Manager Support Service group.
  • having sound and up-to-date knowledge of understanding the status of operational competence and compliance, and facilitate group problem solving while managing the implementation of, or directly implementing agreed action will be key to success in this role.
  • Refine and increase efficiencies in relation to SIL quotes.
  • Maintain a system to track and improve alignment between quotes and actual service delivery.

 What you bring

  • Sound knowledge and experience on contract management, project management, stakeholder management, business acumen, attention to detail, process and task oriented.
  • Capacity to maintain a current working knowledge of NDIA, NDIS, rules and amendments, guidelines, best practices and procedures, and an understanding of the impacts to participants and service providers within the practical application and delivery of services within an NDIS framework.
  • Ability to problem solve, coach, mentor, influence, lead and collaborate.
  • Ability to undertake financial analysis, with strong written and oral communication.
