We are seeking multiple casual Disability Support Workers to support persons with a disability across our Logan and Redlands Region. This role supports our service users in social support activities and in-home support, out in the community or supporting a customer in their home, or in our accommodation sites. This role will include sleep over shifts.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have:
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support OR
- Experience within the industry (eg. disability, mental health, aged care, individual support, community services or youth work etc.)
- Experience with challenging and complex behaviours (further training is provided)
- Ability to work outside of school hours
- First Aid Certificate and CPR, or willing to obtain one
- Current Drivers License (mandatory)
- Customer preference is for a female support worker
Successful candidates will be required to hold a Blue & Yellow Card (Multicap can help you with this application process).
