Service Support Officer - In-Home CA Program

Multicap - Pine Rivers

This role is responsible for a range of duties and administrative tasks associated with the smooth running of Multicap's in home CA programs in Pine Rivers.

Reporting to the Service Leader, the Service Support Officer will be required to operate within a framework of established procedures, workplace routines, deadlines and expectations in the following areas:

  • Administration and clerical duties that contribute to the successful day to day operations of the service
  • Completion of data entry activities that ensure service compliance and reporting requirements are adhered to
  • Coordination of service assets to provide for their efficient usage, maintenance and serviceability, aligning with contemporary service requirements
  • Uphold the policies of Multicap and practice and maintain health and safety in the workplace
  • Enhance customer experience through the provision of helpful and timely response to all general enquiries, client/family requests and other service reception activities
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with clients, their stakeholders and staff
  • Undertake activities as directed by the Service Leader to ensure quality services are delivered to clients of Multicap

The successful applicant will:

  • Have demonstrated experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Have Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
  • Be proficient in the use of Carelink, Riteq, and Microsoft Office (desirable)
  • Hold a current Open QLD Drivers Licence
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage interactions in a cordial, professional and helpful manner, providing appropriate advice and information to a diverse range of people
  • A positive attitude towards people with disabilities and the willingness to work within Multicaps Values and Code of Conduct in order to meet our clients needs
  • Proven ability to exercise judgement and problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated computer skills including proficient use of the internet and MS Officer Applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential:

  • Hold a current blue (working with children) and yellow (positive notice card) or be willing to obtain one
  • Be willing to undertake and pass a criminal history clearance
