The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead and support our teams across a range of services on a permanent full time basis. Your responsibility will be to ensure service delivery is focused on a person centred service experience that is aligned to a recovery model. In your position, you will receive support by a multidisciplinary team and report to the Sydney Regional Customer Service Manager.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Leading the end to end customer experience across various programs
  • Leading our teams to drive person centred and recovery focused experiences
  • Promoting and empowering independence
  • Cultivating a positive learning and development culture 
  • Developing relationships within the local community that enhances the customer experience
  • Proactively engaging with key external stakeholders including NDIA, NSW Health and PHN

Skill and Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of budgeting and financial operations
  • Understanding of relevant compliance legislation, quality standards, policies and procedures
  • Be well versed in developing and implementing initiatives to meet business objectives
  • Proven experience managing teams
  • Experience in the Disability and/or Mental Health service delivery sector
  • Technical literacy with proven ability to use Microsoft Office and systems for reporting
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification and/or equivalent industry experience

You must have your own transport and a willingness to travel between surrounding areas. A willingness to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check, WWCC that meet New Horizons employment criteria prior to commencing with us.
