Noah's Ark is an innovative not-for-profit community organisation providing early childhood intervention support services to children (aged 0-8), with disabilities and other additional needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Consultant to contribute positively to the community whilst working in a true generalist environment at our Head Office located in Malvern. As the HR Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting managers and staff across the organisation, located throughout Victoria and ACT.
Reporting to the Manager, People, Culture and Quality, you will work closely with our Management team in all aspects of generalist HR support, including:
- Coordination of the recruitment and induction processes across the organisation
- Providing administration support to managers and staff across the employment lifecycle
- Providing support and on Health and Wellbeing
- Assisting with development of policies and processes
Ideally, you will have a proven track record as a diligent administrator within a generalist HR environment (experience within a NFP highly regarded) and possess appropriate tertiary qualification in HR/Business related disciplines. You will have the ability to establish strong, effective working relations, a consultative approach to problem solving and outstanding attention to detail and committed to driving improvement through initiatives aimed at developing and strengthening our workforce.
