Outsourced is a leading BPO with offices in Manila, Cebu and Sydney. The company has employed 50 staff in the last 12 months and is looking to do the same over the following year. Clients are predominantly from Australia though interest is growing from around the globe.

As a member of the digital marketing team, you’ll use your specialist knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO and analytics to help clients achieve direct revenue and acquisition targets. 

Focused on being best in class, you will know the difference between white hat and black hat SEO strategies. As google partners, you will be expected to sit all of your Google Exams for Adwords and Analytics. 

You will report daily to the digital marketing manager in Australia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement SEO & SMO strategies and tactics in line with client objectives.
  • Manage on-page optimisations (metadata, keyword usage, internal linking, etc.)
  • Manage offsite initiatives (link building, "widgets", social media projects, etc.)
  • Audit websites and provide technical recommendations for improving SEO visibility and performance
  • Backlink Analysis of Competitors
  • Email Outreach for Link Acquisition.
  • 301 redirects and Canonical implementations.
  • Identify new opportunities and recommendations for improving organic search rankings, traffic and conversions
  • SEO reporting (keyword rankings, SEO traffic, conversion data)
  • SEM campaigns including Search, Display, Retargeting and Video.

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

  • Minimum of 4 years SEO experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords, Webmaster Tools and a thorough understanding of Google Analytic reporting.
  • Experience with: Web Analytics:  Google Analytics, Web Trends, Adwords
  • SEO:  SEOmoz, Majestic, SemRush, Advanced Web Rankings etc.
  • Research Tools:  Buzzsumo, Buzzstream, Whitespark etc.

  • Eastwood

Working Hours

  • Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.
