Outsourced is a leading BPO with offices in Manila, Cebu and Sydney. The company has employed 50 staff in the last 12 months and is looking to do the same over the following year. Clients are predominantly from Australia though interest is growing from around the globe.

- Client Management and Candidate Management
- End to end recruitment
- Handles IT Technical positions (Middle to Managerial Level)
- Target hires of 5-10 monthly
- Attends to daily concern/s of the clients in terms of recruitment over Skype Meeting
- Preparation of pre-employment background check, job offer and negotiation
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Preferrably female.
