The role

At Polymaster we're not just changing the game in terms of liquid and chemical storage solutions – we're inventing a whole new one! Now, we're on the hunt for a Product Manager who's ready to join us in making a world of difference!

As our Product Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in being the visionary behind our product and service offerings in our  Engineered Solutions space.

Your playground will include:

•    Develop and execute category strategies that set new benchmarks for innovation and customer satisfaction. 
•    Dive deep into market insights, identifying trends, untapped potentials, and new market opportunities.
•    Build strong, cross-functional relationships with customers, procurement, sales, marketing, and engineering to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies.
•    Use your analytical prowess to transform data into powerful insights that drive our success.

About you

If you are a hand on person that doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves and getting amongst the action to really understand the in outs of who we are and who our customers are to plan and deliver an exceptional Product experience than this could be your dream role. 
Crucial to your success is your  outstanding communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and the power to make collaboration a breeze balanced with your  high level planning and organisational skills  . 

To thrive in this role, you will also possess the following attributes:
•    Undergraduate or Post Graduate qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. 
•    Experience in a manufacturing business targeting B2B is essential.
•    Industry experience in waste water management, fluid storage or transfer including Water, Chemical or Diesel would be well considered, but not   essential.   
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience as Category Manager / Product Manager or similar role.
•    A solid understanding of NPD principles along with demonstrable experience in successfully commercialising products to market.

•    Demonstrated ability to get the right message to the right people with quantifiable results.
