About the Role
This growing business needs a new team member to take charge of the operations, finance, administration and people side of this business, to support the Managing Director to keep building on the momentum of successes to date.
With broad business experience and strong commercial acumen you will manage the team of 10 to co-ordinate the delivery and manufacturing of the design projects. Your strong financial knowledge will mean that you are able to think strategically, as well as monitor project risks and scope creep to minimise future problems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full responsibility for project management, liaising with multiple creative and technical partners, as well as clients, the team and other stakeholders to manage the complex schedules, budgets and assets to co-ordinate the successful delivery of our design projects
- Ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service that creates open, honest and long term client relationships and business revenue
- Financial reporting, job budgeting and analysis, cash flow and financial management
- HR Co-Ordination, including the recruitment, performance and day to day people management to ensure we have a happy and engaged team
- General office management (including things like the co-ordination of our requirements with our IT providers) and general administration as required
About YOU!
With proven success contributing to growth in a business before, you will be an organised, results focused go-getter, who thrives on the challenge of a small business and enjoys working in a very hands-on capacity. Your background can be varied, coming from either a financial role or an existing Practice or Project Manager looking for a dynamic change to a creative business. Either way, you will have at least 10 years in a business management role, with strong financial knowledge, a high attention to detail plus be someone who loves to manage people and support their growth.
