About the Opportunity
Mangano IT Solutions is growing and has a newly-created opportunity for a talented Senior Network Engineer to join their expert team in Windsor, just north of Brisbane. This is a rewarding and diverse role, where you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective information technology solutions that will help drive clients’ businesses forward.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, some of your general responsibilities will be:
- Research, diagnosis and delivery of effective commercial technology solutions to a range of small and medium businesses
- Consultation, planning, and implementation of network enhancements, upgrades, and new services
- Communicating with clients to explain the process required to research, diagnose and deliver required support/improvements
- Liaise with a range of system users, suppliers, software and hardware vendors on matters relevant to the effective delivery of IT services

Mangano IT Solutions will offer the successful candidate an industry leading salary package circa $84,300 - $95,200, dependent on your experience and qualifications. Included in this package is a generous base rate, plus 9% super and an $8,000 p.a. vehicle allowance. You’ll also benefit from your own dedicated car park on-site.
About You
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Information Technology, with extensive hands-on IT experience supporting PC and Network environments, within a corporate or small business atmosphere. Mangano IT Solutions is seeking a commercially minded IT Professional, who has an excellent knowledge of Windows XP, Vista & 7, and the Microsoft Office suite. You will also be experienced with Windows Server 2003/2008 especially SBS and Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010.
As a strong communicator, you will be able to translate technical requirements into basic business language for your clients. You will also hold a current driver’s licence, and have your own car available for work use – with a highly generous vehicle allowance ($8,000p.a.) offered as a great incentive!
