About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, Recruitment Coach has multiple positions available for talented HR Consultants to join our team in Milton, just a few minutes west of the Brisbane CBD.
In this fast-paced and fun consulting role, you’ll share your human resources, recruitment, and commercial business experience with small-to-medium businesses, as you create and implement tailored people management solutions with a real impact.
This is a combined client delivery and sales role, consisting of one-on-one coaching and training, group training, recruitment, solution-based consulting, and business development.
In your business development responsibilities, you’ll use your extensive industry knowledge to consultatively sell to potential and existing clients. Our sales process is proven and not pushy – it’s needs based and focused on matching client requirements with the right solution. You’ll quickly build a portfolio of your own clients by using our proven business development process, which includes networking, direct marketing, and starts with a free audit to ensure each client really needs our help.
This is truly a rewarding and diverse role, where each day will be different. You’ll have full client management and control over the solutions that you deliver, with loads of face-to-face client time, flexible delivery options and a full suite of human resources solutions available to benefit your clients.
About You
We’re looking for experienced human resources professionals with a passion for helping people, from either a HR generalist or recruitment (agency or in-house recruiter) background. Whilst previous sales experience is not required to succeed, you’ll need 5+ years of HR experience plus passion, knowledge, and the willingness to learn.
Our philosophy focuses on simple, practical, and effective solutions for real businesses, so we are seeking HR professionals who believe in practical business solutions, rather than ‘policies for the sake of policies’. Knowledge of Australian human resources practices and law is also essential to success.

As this is a combination sales and client delivery role, we believe in structuring our incentives and remuneration to match! We offer a base of $50-55k + car allowance ($5k) + uncapped commission, meaning your first-year earnings will be $65-$90k+!
