About the Opportunity
Recruitment Coach is seeking a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join their supportive team in Milton, just west of the Brisbane CBD.
This is an extremely rewarding and diverse role, where your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of Recruitment Coach through designing and implementing effective marketing strategies, targeted at both potential clients and franchisees. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to meet business objectives;
- Managing and updating the Recruitment Coach website;
- Generate web leads for sales consultants, using Google AdWords/other methods;
- Drive and improve the existing Recruitment Coach marketing strategy, through a wide variety of tactics (such as publicity, events, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, etc);
- Copywriting and basic graphic design for marketing collateral;
- Research and writing of articles for newsletters and Public Relations information
- Managing the Salesforce CRM database;
- Supporting sales consultants with personal marketing strategies and occasional admin;
- Participate in occasional Brisbane networking events to further promote the brand
The successful candidate will have approximately 2-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong understanding of marketing campaigns and sales processes. Ideally, you will have worked within the consulting/services industries and franchisee marketing experience would be a bonus! In addition to your tertiary Marketing qualification, you’ll have a basic-intermediate understanding of HTML, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word/Powerpoint.
We’re looking for a creative marketing professional with exceptional writing skills and the ability to adapt to new situations. You’ll be commercially-minded with a proactive approach to your work, as you continually look to improve and optimise marketing results and processes.
