Our Client


Our client is the leading provider of Australian developed software for data protection solutions for multinational organisations.  Over the last 12 years they have secured an enviable list of clients within manufacturing, carriers, retail, financial services, healthcare and defence and assist their clients with protecting their IT systems.

The Opportunity


Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their company in North Ryde, NSW, with the potential to earn $50,000 plus superannuation.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the company and CEO.

Reporting directly to the CEO some of your responsibilities include:


  • Answering the phone, taking messages, responding to emails and setting up meetings
  • Creating and sending quotes and invoices and undertaking basic bookkeeping with MYOB
  • Helping to develop marketing strategies and keeping social media and websites up to date
 
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 2+ years experience in a similar position, a valid police check and some exposure to marketing.  Additionally, you must have bookkeeping experience (ideally with MYOB) and an understanding of how to update social media and websites. 

The successful candidate will have a high level of computer literacy with competency in the Microsoft Suite.

Someone with excellent time management and organisational skills with an excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills would be ideal.
