Your New Career

You can look forward to working on the Northern Beaches, spend your lunchtime at the beach or fit in some exercise. You can expect to be part of a fast-paced and focused team environment where your daily tasks will include:

  • Make outbound calls & respond to marketing generated inquiries
  • Pitch our recruitment service to a variety of new & existing clients
  • Follow up potential clients to close sales & develop a client list
  • Consult with your clients to understand their recruitment needs
  • Produce job adverts & publish them online to attract candidates 
  • Screen & shortlist candidates using recruitment software

Our team will support you with a 3-month sales and recruitment traineeship designed to help you learn all about the industry and become a high performer. 

With endless opportunities for progression, you will also have the potential to enter a leadership role within 18 months. 

 

What You Will Bring to the Team

You will have 2+ years of call centre/telephone sales experience, ideally culminating in a Team Leader or Supervisor position.

Joining the Recruit Shop team means that you will have the opportunity to utilise the skills that you have learned in telephone sales, and showcase them in a new industry.
