Our Client

Our client is an Australian owned consultancy firm offering services in the areas of sales and marketing, business consulting and migration advice. They pride themselves on providing practical, commercial solutions for businesses, working closely with clients whether it be developing and executing an effective sales and marketing strategy, providing business solutions from incorporation to capital raising, or lodging successful visa applications. 

This is an exciting new position that also encompasses an internal business development role. Our client is looking for someone who can give them advice on managing and incentivising people along with setting up HR policies for the business. This is a small company so it is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and mould the business to it's full potential! 

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a National Recruitment & HR Manager to join their company based in Southport, QLD with the opportunity to travel around Australia for the first twelve months. The salary on offer is $100,000 per annum Including Superannuation + All Travel Expenses. 

Reporting to the Directors some of your responsibilities include:

  • Travel around Australia and build up the network of potential candidates 
  • Meet set targets and KPIs in accordance to the business's goals
  • Take responsibility for hiring, firing and internal conflicts

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a similar recruitment or HR role and any experience you have recruiting for telesales or direct sales positions would be highly desirable.

It is also essential you have been required to complete development and reviews of HR policies and procedures and have experience in conflict management, remuneration advice and staff morale strategies.

Additionally, any relevant HR qualifications would be beneficial for this position.

The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable, sales driven and be able to work well within a fast paced environment. It is also essential that you are confident, positive and are able to take direction well. 

This is an autonomous role and it is essential you have a passion to grow the business whilst working closely with the directors.
