Our client currently has an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their company based in Notting Hill, VIC with the potential to earn up to $66,000 per annum | Negotiable Salary $50,000 - $60,000 + Superannuation.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the sales and management team.
Reporting directly to the Divisional Manager some of your responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have 3+ years experience in a sales support or administration role. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent computer skills specifically using the Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge or experience working within the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous but not essential for this position.
The ideal candidate for this role will have high attention to detail, a mature and flexible work attitude and the ability to multi-task.
