Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their college in Glebe or Norwest Campuses, NSW, with the potential to earn $45,000 per annum plus superannuation.
The primary purpose of this position is to process and maintain the required record systems for enrolled students and clients, ensuring that Bedford College complies with all the requirements of its regulatory body where these are applicable.
Reporting directly to the Principle/CEO some of your responsibilities include:
- Telephone and reception duties whilst maintaining visitors book and registering
- Collecting, collating, signing off and recording student assignments
- Monitoring student attendance whilst collecting and collating staff time sheets
- Assisting the CEO and registrar in ensuring operations are conducted within school guidlines
- Additional ad hoc office duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant bachelors degree and/or 12+ months experience in a similar role. Any experience within the educational sector will be looked on favourably for the role.
You will have a clean drivers licence and have a high level of computer literacy.
Additionally, you will be a confident speaker with the ability build relationships with stakeholders, however, key to this role is that you have excellent written and verbal communication, and possess the ability to work independently or in a team as required.
