Due to company growth, our client currently has an opening for a Receptionist to join their company in Toongabbie, NSW, with the potential to earn up to $45,000 p.a. (Negotiable Hourly Rate $20 +Super).
In this pivotal and varied role the primary purpose of this position is to provide a high level of reception and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, via the phone or face to face
- Answering phone calls, emails, directing calls and client liaison
- General office administration including mail, stationary and ad hoc duties as required
- Sending letters, entry notices, client correspondence, creating leases and assisting with end of month process
To be successful in this role you must have excellent computer and communication skills. You will ideally have some office experience, having worked in real estate as a Receptionist. It would be very beneficial if you hold a NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
Our client is willing to review candidates without Real Estate experience but who would like to start a career in the industry.
