Our client is the global leader in providing professional sales programs for television, radio, and print media companies worldwide. Operating from offices all over the world, they deploy a global network of professionals to create annual advertising revenues for over 350 media clients.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist  to join their company in Chatswood, NSW with the potential to earn Negotiable Base Salary $45,000 - $50,000 + Superannuation + 5% Bonuses + Exciting Benefits. 

The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the underpinning support and logistics of the client solutions. 

Reporting directly to the Operations Leader some of your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and oversee all administrative tasks in the execution of the solution
  • Monitor all data processes including project reporting, data analysis & data cleansing
  • Analyse sales data performance trends and provide feedback to media partners 
  • Internal and external reporting on the progress of the solutions
  • Coordinate print materials to advising them on an appropriate venue for presentations
  • Monitor the database using bespoke software and generate timely reports
  • Travel extensively around AUS, NZ & SE Asia overnight - 40% of the time

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 18 months experience in a corporate office environment with excellent customer service skills and experience building relationships. Additionally, you must have advanced computer skills, specifically using Excel and any experience using a CRM would be highly desirable. 

It is also essential you are willing and eligible to travel around Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. This will equate to around 40% of the role and mobile expenses will be covered. 

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously, have a can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
