The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their company in Sydney CBD, with the potential to earn a negotiable salary, depending on experience. 

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver solutions and manage account relationships. 

Reporting directly to the Directors some of your responsibilities include:
Scheduling /diary management

  • Overseeing the provision of psychometric profiling for client recruitment and development programmes
  • Undertaking senior level psychometric report writing
  • Undertaking senior level candidate and client feedbacks
  • Completing analysis and reporting for clients on use of assessments
  • Thought leadership within the assessment and development arena
  • Assessment selection, design and delivery
  • Client advice on best practice methodology and assessments
  • Account management of key clients
  • Quality execution and team mentoring

To be successful in this role you will be a registered psychologist with a background in organisation psychology. Additionally, you will have a relevant business experience and a proven track record of success.

You will also be accredited and have knowledge across a number of psychometric tools, such as SHL and Saville. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and have excellent written and verbal communication ability.
